How can I create an account?
Can I watch all content from anywhere in the world?
Insight.tv is available worldwide, however exceptions apply, some shows are not available in all regions.
Can I access the content from several devices with the same account?
You can watch Insight on all compatible devices, one at a time.
Can I access my account from several devices at the same time?
You can access your account; however, it won't be possible to view content on multiple devices at the same time. You can pause on one device and continue watching on the other device.
How can I watch?
You can watch Insight on:
- the website insight.tv
- on your Android or iOS smartphone and tablet
- You can install the Insight UHD application on Smart TV's*
- You can stream videos via Chromecast*
*A subscription is needed.

Can I watch UHD on my computer?
Currently UHD is only available on Smart TV's.
What is the minimum advices bandwidth for watching content in HD? And in UHD?
To watch in the best Ultra HD quality, we advise a minimum bandwidth of 25mbps. You are still able to watch our content with a slower connection, but the quality adapts to your internet connection. At 7mbps you can watch HD. We can't guarantee playback of our content if your internet speed gets below 5mbps.
Can I still watch all content if I don't have a UHD device?
Yes, you'll miss out on the impressive quality, but you can watch our content on most compatible devices. Find the details on insight.tv/ways-to-watch
What are the minimum requirements to use insight.tv?

My TV, Smartphone, Tablet or computer is not UHD, can I still view content?
Yes, you can.
How can I select another language?
Languages German, Russian and Portuguese will be added soon. You can change this with the pulldown menu and select another language.
How do subscriptions work?
How does the payment work?
You can pay with local debitcards, creditcard and paypal. After signing up you can start watching our content in UHD and without advertising. A subscription is recurring monthly or yearly.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, you subscription will end at the current payment cycle.
You may elect to cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a cancellation request.
How much do I need to pay?
You can pay per month and per year. You can find the current prices at insight.tv/subscribe.
Can I access any content for free?
Yes, you can watch the first episode of all shows, and some only HD content for free. But you are limited to smartphones and PC, advertisements will be displayed.
What does a subscription include? / Why do I need to pay? / What are the benefits of subscribing?
If you subscribe to insight.tv you'll get an improved experience: You can watch our content before anyone else, you can watch in on Smart TV's, via Chromecast and we'll remove the advertisements.
